Representative sample of the three-week (21-day) Football Academy: 15 hours English tuition and 10 hours coaching per week, with excursions to Edinburgh, York, London, Durham, Tynemouth, Beamish and Bamburgh Castle, plus a live professional match. Weekdays follow a repeating classes-plus-coaching pattern; distinct excursion, match, tournament and free days are shown individually.

Students stay with a Newcastle host family, with breakfast and dinner provided. The coaching clothing is provided too, so nothing beyond boots and shin pads needs packing for the training sessions.

It is the 5th most populous region in the United Kingdom and today is a business and cultural centre with a beautiful Georgian city centre, stunning beaches, and a particular reputation for being the friendliest city in the UK. Among its icons are musical legends, Newcastle United football team and the Tyne Bridge.
