This policy explains how Roseworth International School Ltd (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.roseworthinternational.com.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the website to work. Others, such as analytics cookies, are optional.

Cookies the website needs

  • roseworth_consent remembers whether you accepted analytics, so that we do not ask you on every page. It lasts one year.
  • Sign-in cookies (their names begin with “sb-”) are set only when you sign in to an account on our website. They keep you signed in, and they are removed when you sign out or your session ends.

Analytics, only if you accept

If you choose “Accept all” on our cookie banner, we measure how our website is used:

  • Vercel Web Analytics counts visits to our pages, and Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly they load. Neither uses cookies or identifies you.
  • Where we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the website, it sets a cookie whose name begins with “ph_”. It lasts one year.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stay off whatever you choose. We do not use advertising cookies.

Other services on our website

  • Map. Our contact page shows a map from Google. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy explains how it uses them.
  • Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that they are sent by a person and not by an automated program.
  • Payments. When you pay online, you do so on our payment provider’s own website, which has its own cookie policy.

Changing your choice

To change your choice, clear the cookies for our website in your browser settings. The cookie banner will then appear again on your next visit. You can also block cookies in your browser, but blocking the cookies the website needs may stop parts of it working, such as signing in.
